As AIHA grows in its member strength to represent more and diverse businesses in the industry, it has a two-fold agenda to move forward:

• It aims to launch a zonal organizational structure to decentralise execution while all strategy remains focused at the central apex level.
• It aims to create more verticals so customised interventions can be planned for each business represented at AIHA.
